More Bread



This is the same Farl recipe from September.

The only difference is that I used a selction of brown/rye flours to make a qualtiy Brown Bread. This rustic brown Farl had a lovely tatse, texture and bite to it because of the wholesome grain in the Granery and Seeded Brown Flour.

My Flour Mix:

100g Granery
100g Strong Seeded Brown
100g Super Strong Premuim White
100g Wholemeal Rye
100g Plain Wholemeal
